ANTHONY ADEKUNLE OWUYE
Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Owuye had his university education in the United Kingdom where he graduated in Economics and Accountancy from Liverpool John Moore University. He has attended several local and international Advance Management development programmes. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). Mr. Owuye is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School.

A pioneer management staff and former General Manager of Commercial Bank (Credit Lynonais Nigeria) Limited, later known as Capital Bank International Limited (now Access Bank Plc). Mr. Owuye has over thirty years experience in the banking industry having started his career with Thomas Cooks (Bankers Ltd) in the United Kingdom in 1975. He later worked for the French banking group, Credit Lyonnais S.A in the United Kingdom and First Bank of Nigeria Plc where he rose to management position.

Mr. Owuye is an authority in Banking and Finance on which he has presented many papers and contributed to several economic journals and national discourse. He is the Chairman of Pertrust Property and Investment Company Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Personal Trust Savings and Loans Limited); Capital Management and Investment Trust Company Limited and Laburete Farms Limited. He has a working knowledge of French and German languages. He is widely traveled.

MR. DEBO OMONIJO
Deputy Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer

An Alumnus of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife) where he graduated in Economics and Accounting. A pioneer in Mortgage Banking, Mr. Omonijo’s banking career spans over 28 years from Central Bank of Nigeria to the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria where he rose to management position. A member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, he is a consummate mortgage banker and an authority in mortgage banking. A well respected professional and manager of resources; he is a former National Deputy President of the Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria, of which he is one of the founders. Mr. Omonijo is a director of Pertrust Property and Investment Company Limited. He has attended many courses locally and abroad.

MR. FEMI OYEBAMIJI
Divisional Head, Finance and Administration

He is an Economics graduate of University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife), and an MBA degree holder of University of Lagos. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB). His working career commenced at the Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) where he rose to the post of an Assistant Manager before joining Commercial Bank (Credit Lynonais Nigeria) Limited where he worked in various capacities including being Branch Manager in a number of Branches. He later joined ECOBANK (Nigeria) Plc where he was Senior Manager in charge of Warri and the Refinery branches. He managed a consulting firm O-YES KONSULTS, a firm of experts in forensic accounting, auditing and taxation from where he joined Personal Trust Savings and Loans Limited.

MR. M.A. LASISI
Divisional Head, Commercial and Banking Operations

He is a graduate of Mathematics of the University of Sokoto (Now Uthman Dan Fodio University). He has over twenty (20) years banking experience spanning several Banks and Financial Institutions. He started his banking career from the First Bank of Nigeria, through Access Bank before joining Personal Trust Savings and Loans Ltd as a pioneer staff. He also heads Mortgage Operations and Branch Network.

MR. YINKA MECCA
Head, Credit and Marketing

A graduate of Agricultural Economics from the Ogun State University (Now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye) with over 16 years diverse experience in Agriculture, Education, Banking and Financial Services. He has undergone several Senior Courses in Credit, Mortgage Operations and Marketing.

MR. SIMEON OLUTOLA
Financial Controller

Mr. Olutola is a graduate of Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta, where he studied Accountancy. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). He started his banking career with Stallion Savings and Loans Ltd before joining Personal Trust Savings and Loans Ltd.

MR. WILFRED AKARAH
Head of Personnel

He is an HND graduate of Management from the Auchi Polytechnic. He has over 25 years cognate experience having worked with Delta Glass Company Ltd in various capacities before joining Commercial Bank (Credit Lynonais Nigeria) Limited, later known as Capital Bank International where he rose to the position of a Manager from where he joined Personal Trust Savings and Loans Limited. He is versed in human resources matters having undergone several courses in Human Resources Management. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

MR. UCHE ONYEMAOBI
Treasurer

Mr. Onyemaobi holds HND in Accountancy, Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and an MBA from Bayero University, Kano. He had 6 years working experience with (Commercial Bank Credit Lynonais Nigeria) Limited before joining our management team in 2004.

MR. EMMANUEL NWANOLUE
Chief Inspector

He is a graduate of the Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State, from where he obtained an HND in Banking and Finance. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and an MBA degree holder of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho. He has worked in various departments and branches of the Bank, including Accounts department. He has attended several courses in Internal Audit and Banking Operations.

MR. FREDRICK KAYODE
Branch Manager, Bariga

He is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. He is also a Chartered Banker, being a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He has about twelve (12) years banking experience in Savannah Bank from where he joined Personal Trust Savings and Loans Limited.

MR. GEORGE AMUNEKE
Head, Estate Department

He is an HND Estate Management graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Nekede.  A  registered member of Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors & Valuers.  He has over eight (8) years working experience in estate and property related matters. Prior to joining Personal Trust Savings and Loans Ltd he worked with Olatoye Ogunlana & Co; Kole Savage & Co and Emmanuel Oladapo & Associates. He has attended several courses and seminars in mortgage banking and estate management.

MR. OLUMIDE AKADIRI
Branch Manager, Sandgrouse

He is a holder of a B.Sc degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos with over 10 years experience in Banking. Prior to joining Personal Trust Savings and Loans Limited he worked as a senior banking executive at Savannah Bank of Nigeria Ltd.

MR. KAYODE OLOLADE
Branch Manager, Surulere

Mr. Ololade is a graduate of Economics from the Ahmadu Bello University with over eight (8) years experience in Banking. He is currently undertaking an Executive MBA programme at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho. He has attended several courses in Marketing and Banking Operations.
