PTSL has an Authorised Share Capital of N1.5billion. The bank is duly accredited to access long term loans through the vehicle of the National Housing Fund (NHF) Scheme by both the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
Personal Trust Savings and Loans Ltd (Personal Trust) was incorporated in November, 1992 as a Private Limited Liability Company and was licensed to carry on the business of Mortgage Banking in August, 1993. The Bank has remained in operation since January 1994, when it first opened its doors to customers, with significant achievements recorded to date.

DR. OLUWATAMILORE AKINLADE FALOMO - Chairman
Dr. Falomo studied medicine in the United Kingdom and graduated in 1968 at the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland and in 1978, he had his professional specialist qualification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
His professional career spans over 40 years both at home and abroad, in public and private sectors. From a House Officer at Park Hospital Dvyhulme, Manchester U.K through Lagos State Ministry of Health as Medical Officer, General Hospital, Ikeja; Island Maternity Lagos as Registrar; after which he established the Maryland Specialist Hospital, Maryland, Lagos, a 50 bed-hospital.
He was a student activist at the University in United Kingdom; Chairman Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Lagos State Branch; National Treasurer (NMA): Board member and later Chairman of Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH). He is also a member of British Medical Association; Irish Medical Association among others.
Dr. Oluwatamilore Akinlade Falomo is a winner of many merit awards and a regular commentator on national issues. He chairs the following companies: Max & Kelly Nig. Ltd, Capital Field Investment & Trust Ltd, Community Development Link Nigeria Limited, among others.

MR. ANTHONY ADEKUNLE OWUYE – Managing Director/CEO
Mr. Owuye had his university education in the United Kingdom where he graduated in Economics and Accountancy from Liverpool John Moore University. He has attended several local and international Advance Management development programmes. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). Mr. Owuye is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
A pioneer management staff and former General Manager of Commercial Bank (Credit Lynonais Nigeria) Limited, later known as Capital Bank International Limited (now Access Bank Plc). Mr. Owuye has over thirty years experience in the banking industry having started his career with Thomas Cooks (Bankers Ltd) in the United Kingdom in 1975. He later worked for the French banking group, Credit Lyonnais S.A in the United Kingdom and First Bank of Nigeria Plc where he rose to management position.
Mr. Owuye is an authority in Banking and Finance on which he has presented many papers and contributed to several economic journals and national discourse. He is the Chairman of Pertrust Property and Investment Company Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Personal Trust Savings and Loans Limited); Capital Management and Investment Trust Company Limited and Laburete Farms Limited.
He belongs to many social organizations, including Ikoyi Club 1938 where he is a past member of the General Committee as Chairman of the Swimming Section. He has a working knowledge of French and German languages. He is widely traveled.

MR. DEBO OMONIJO – Deputy Managing Director/COO
An Alumnus of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife) where he graduated in Economics and Accounting. A pioneer in Mortgage Banking, Mr. Omonijo’s banking career spans over 28 years from Central Bank of Nigeria to the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria where he rose to management position. A member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, he is a consummate mortgage banker and an authority in mortgage banking. A well respected professional and manager of resources; he is a former National Deputy President of the Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria, of which he is one of the founders.
Mr. Omonijo is a director of Pertrust Property and Investment Company Limited. He has attended many courses locally and abroad.

CHIEF SANJO ALAGBE
Chief Alagbe had his higher education both at home and abroad. An Estate Management graduate from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife ) and a Masters Degree holder in Appraisal from the University of Reading, United Kingdom. He is a fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
He was an estate officer with the Kaduna State Housing Authority and Estate Manager with the Wema Board Estate, Lagos. He became a partner at Oyeleke Afolabi and Co, Ibadan, before he
established his own practicing firm, Alagbe and Partners, one of the leading estate management firms in the country with branches all over the country.

CHIEF (DR.) EUGENE EKE NZOM OJUKWU (MON)
Chief Ojukwu is a very successful businessman and transport merchant. He is the managing Director and CEO of E. Ekesons Bros. Nig. Ltd. With one bus way back in 1963 the business has grown to be one of the nations largest and most efficient operators of nationwide bus and haulage service with well over 150 buses and trucks.
He has served in several working groups on transport reforms including the Road Transport Regulatory Committee; once piloted the affairs of the Luxury Bus Owners Association of Nigeria for twelve years as well as serving as a consultant to the South East and South-South Revenue Mobilization Committee.
In recognition of his contribution and accomplishments and contributions to the private business sector and his fatherland, he has been severally decorated with many honours, including an honorary doctorate degree by Madonna University, and recently conferred with a national honour of the Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) by President of Federal Republic of Nigeria, Alhadji Musa Yar’ Adua (GCFR).

PASTOR BABASOLA AJIDAGBA
He is a graduate of Economics of the University of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife). A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Account of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
He began his career at Epeply Industries Nig. Ltd and later worked with the Sokoto State Ministry of Finance as an Accountant from where he joined C.F.A.O (Motors Divisions) where he occupied several key positions. He was later moved to CICA (a subsidiary of C.F.A.O) where he rose to become the Managing Director, the position he occupies presently. He is on the board of NIPPEN, a member of CFAO group.
He is an ordained priest whose hobby is reading and preaching the word of God.
